    Stage 2 – Arousal: This is the time when your heartbeat picks up, you get an erection and your body gets warmer.

    Stage 3 – The plateau: This is the time when your pleasure from intercourse rises and remains steady, like a plateau!

    Stage 4 – The point of no return: This is the point where you reach an uncontrollable urge to ejaculate or have an orgasm.

    Practice The Following Steps to Find Out Your Arousal Stages

    The objective of this exercise is to help you understand your scales of excitement. It is not meant to be a pleasure session.

    Step 1 – Sit on a chair and start massaging your penis. Do not rely on pornography, lubrication or your partner when doing this.

    Step 2 – Concentrate on the changes that are taking place in your body at different periods of time. For instance, when does your heartbeat go up? When do you feel the pleasure peaking? Which muscles are you clenching when the arousal peaks?

    Step 3 – Practice concentrating on other areas of your body. For instance, what are the sensations you feel in your head, stomach or arms? This is essential. Remember, when you practice this well, you will be able to control your arousal the right way, without letting it interfere with your excitement.

    Step 4 – Identify your point of no return. This is very important. How do you do this? Well, the point of no return will come sometime after your pleasure has remained at a plateau.

    Try and identify this point when you are masturbating. After a period of continued excitement, you will reach your orgasm – a time when you simply cannot hold your excitement any more. This is the point where you cease stimulation in order to stop an ejaculation. Premature ejaculation can be tackled with ease, without compromising on your sexual excitement.
